Village taxes are billed once a year as of March 1st.
Tax bills are mailed to residents and tax services in mid-February.
Payment is due on March 31st.  Payments postmarked 3/31 are accepted as timely.
Late payments are subject to a penalty. 
Penalties are calculated at 5% of the principal amount for the month of April, plus 1% of the principal for each month thereafter.
Payment may be made by check or cash only .  Please do not mail cash.
Partial payments are not accepted
Please notify the Village if you wish to have your bill sent to a mailing address other than the property address.

Note: Tax payment reminders are sent prior to the due date via email to all residents who are registered with Constant Contact.
